I would like to fall back on my recent words about evolution. Through natural selection, evolution is able to effectively steer random events, being a control mechanism. It is not that I am here by chance, only, but here by randomness and selection. If it were just one or the other we would not have come to exist.

Mental evolution is a continuation of that same process, in a more accelerated fashion. It is up to us to take the randomness of ideas and fantasy and put them to use. It is both fantasy, and our thoughtful selection of those fantasies, which makes us who we are.
